The recommended application rate is 8 ounces per acre when applied in the row or furrow with starter fertilizer or side-dressed nutrients.  The recommended application rate is 16 ounces per acre when broadcast on the soil surface, and Chandler Soil can be applied with herbicides, liquid fertilizer, or other Chandler products.  A gallon jug will treat 8 acres at the 16 ounce rate and 16 acres at the 8 ounce rate.
